Excellent service after losing my seventeen year old cat. All the people that we spoke to were empathetic which made a really difficult day a little easier. We received the ashes the following day in a beautiful urn of a cat which will help us all with the grieving process. Would highly recommend. Sadly we lost two of our Shetland Sheepdogs Milo and Arabella earlier this year within a short period. I cannot thank the staff enough for their excellent service. I’d like to thank Michelle especially. They collected our pet from the vets at a specified time as requested. He was cremated in the afternoon and I was able to collect the ashes the same day. Also, I found the prices to be very fair. Thank you so much.
