I went to Lifestyle and Mobility at Welwyn Garden City for my first powered wheelchair. Simon quickly understood my needs and requirements. He recommended a prescriptive Sunrise Medical Q300M powerchair as I needed an indoor and outdoor chair that gave me very supportive pelvic and upper body support and great manoeuvrability, and as soon as I sat in it I knew it was right for me. Gary has also helped me greatly too. He also recommended the Q300M, and has adjusted my chair to my requirements, especially the control programming, as I needed it set a bit on the slow side, and this has almost made my chair an extension to my left hand. He has also helped me master the braking, and is very patient and understanding too. Also, Simon, Gary, Trevor, John and Ellie have all helped me iron out any problems I have had with my new chair. I have had my new powerchair for about 6 months now and it has transformed my life beyond words. Thank you to you all, you've all been 5 star ! Matt

Excellent service from start to finish after my father's old electric wheelchair from another provider gave up the ghost. Rather than a hard sale Gary gave me advice over the phone to ensure there were no easy fixes. When satisfied my father's existing chair was for the knackers yard Simon was extremely helpful in establishing my father's needs and identifying a chair in their sale that would fit the bill. This was delivered extremely promptly to my father, who needs an electric chair on a daily basis. Can't recommend the staff at Welwyn Garden City highly enough!

Called on Tuesday explained my electric wheelchair was not running as well to Simon who was really helpful and friendly listened to my concerns The engineer came out had it fixed and sort after 40 minutes. He was careful with what's going on extremely helpful and friendly would highly recommend this company 100 percent

We were looking for a wheelchair and used this company after a recommendation. We met Simon at our home. He was able to give some great advice and guided us through the different choices of wheelchair. Eventually we bought a Kuschall champion which suited our needs. Simon's advice and expertise significantly contributed to us buying the right chair for us. We are happy to recommend this company.
