Honestly i have been going to this place for near a year now. I hadn’t been for about 2 months, went last week for an acrylic set and it was £40 for a plain colour set, which is already an increase on the previous price. I don’t mind paying this when the quality is on par but since i’ve had 5 of my nails snap. I work in a salon so i’m not doing anything in my day to day which would cause this and i’ve never had this issue before there or at any nail shop. i went in a few days after and they did repair my 3 broken nails for free which was good but within the near 2 days i had another 2 snap. Super disappointed and I will not be returning, would rather go to a cheaper salon which is on par quality wise. such a shame

I came to have my nails manicured last week. I contacted them as the manicure was atrocious. The cuticles have been cut so badly that they were almost bleeding. The paint work has also been badly applied. I sent pictures and was asked to come in. They were full of excuses, my hands are dry??? I have even told she won't cut back now because she has made them sore. When having the manicure done, she was working between 2 customers, and I was left with hands to soak in cold water. Her appointment came in, and she left me with someone else. Very unprofessional. It was painful trying to have a conversation. Full of excuses. TAKE OWNERSHIP and offer a new manicure and paint to put your poor showmanship right. Had booked for her to take off, but you know what... I'm going somewhere else where I'm treated with respect. It's really frustrating... you should be ashamed.

Am always impressed when I go here - they always know the vibe I want and make it happen. Their nails also last wayyyy longer than anywhere else I go! They’re also kind and look out for you if you’re kind to them. Last time I went in and was having my acrylics infilled one of my nails had broken off. They didn’t charge me for it and spent the time to make sure I got the exact colour and design I wanted, even with a queue behind me. They also make me feel comfortable as someone who’s non-binary AMAB which means a lot. Thank you x

Do NOT go to this place!!! if you respect yourself think twice! This place is just for milking you out literally I went there for a nail extention which afterwards has turned into a painful disaster for me, and for that horrible service I paid £50 ! they are just thieves with zero customer care, they don’t know how to make nails , plus they don’t speak proper English, they did my nails with a number of imperfections and asymmetries. When I asked the lady to try on different colours to decide she told me that I cannot try another color with an angry manner, they ask money and they make you feel like you are just a wallet, not a person! Also, after leaving their saloon I got too much pain in my nails, I don’t know what she did on them! I have to go to another saloon to take them off as I can not stand this pain. Moreover! They keep talking with each other very loudly while they are working. Be careful and don’t go to this place ! Service: Nail extensions
