Astonishingly rude director! He spoke to me in such a disrespectful, volatile way...shouting at, and dismissing me with no manners or professionalism what so ever! The site staff are all polite and lovely, as well as the reception staff and managers etc.... they all went above and beyond to help me, but the company owner seemed to have had a huge man-tantrum and completely ruined what would have been a large , ongoing sale. Narc... I approached another scaffold company, S&P, who were fantastic! They listened patiently to my needs, helped me to plan out the materials and amounts I required, applied a very kind discount and arranged fast delivery for me! Customer service is paramount to a successful business. Commercial scaffolding, you have huge improvements to make!
