I'd like to say if you're looking for care than look elsewhere! I won't go into how my mother died but her death was referred to the coroner, and even thou some of the day care staff were kind to my mother, management just couldn't give a stuff, no condolences given when my mother passed, not one representative from Link House attended my mother's funeral which speaks volumes, my brother was given another residents clothing instead of my mothers after she passed, certain other items were missing. I feel I failed my mother by her being in Link Care Home.

Please close this “care home” home down. I have seen a huge list of all the extremely poor treatment my elderly grandmother received in the last few weeks of her life. I am speaking for all the elderly people there who do not get visitors from their family and cannot speak for themselves. Please do NOT send your elderly loved ones to Link house. The management does not admit to doing anything wrong and do not say they will make it right for future residents.

I managed to get my father into Links House for the last few weeks of his life. Although his health was very bad, he told me on a few occasions how much he liked his room and the staff. The staff were always caring and compassionate and the facilities are excellent compared to all the other homes I have attended. I would recommend.
