I was struggling to update the TomTom satnav maps subscription in a Fiat 500 I bought in Cornwall. Local dealers unwilling to help with a few saying they were no longer able to renew my maps' subscription. I jumped through hoops for weeks with local dealers here in Cornwall, getting nowhere. A member of Fiat Forum told me to get in touch with Lipscomb Fiat, so I dropped them an email and within 30 mins, Nick Feather had got back to me ready to help. A quick phone call & payment over the phone & Nick renewed my subscription remotely without me having to leave my home in Cornwall. Within the hour, I was fully up-to-date. Nick was friendly, courteous & really helpful. I only wish I lived closer, so I could have all my servicing done here. I'll be back in 3 years to renew my subscription. Highly recommended. Wonderful service.
