Got my daughters prom dress from this shop and she is so pleased. The lady who owns the shop is polite and great at her job. Always felt comfortable and not under any pressure to purchase a dress. Great variety and the prices where great for the quality and standards of the dresses. I would definitely recommend as the service is top tier as are the dresses. My daughter cannot wait for prom now she has her dress amd the whole experience has been wonderful so thank you.

AVOID unless you are looking for a size 6 over priced completely average Prom dress.This shop is completely living in the dark ages and should most definitely be stocking prom dresses in more than a size 6. My Beautiful daughter is an average 12/14 and EVERY dress was a size 6. It's hard enough for teenage girls these days to have a positive body image without shops like this making it harder for them.This shop was such a disappointment, my daughter was so excited to go shopping for her Prom dress but left feeling awful and overweight and in floods of tears on the journey home. Also who has dogs in a wedding dress shop. My 7 year old was completely terrified. (This is my reply to the owners reply) I most certainly did not and would not just walk in. I have an extensive text message conversation with yourself here on my phone from when I booked our appointment for 12pm that day. Maybe if you didn't book so many customers in for the same day you would be able to keep track. My daughter picked more than just the fishtail style and still all only size 6 on the rail. The only reason my daughter was given a size 10 was after I'd watched her try and squeeze herself in to 2 size 6 dresses so I asked for a larger size. And if there is this large range of sizes available for your prom dress selection why were they not offered or at least suggested. I mean a dress shop owner such as yourself where customers are traveling from afar should have extensive knowledge on what would suit and nothing was said or suggested. Instead your suggestion was to "try the stretchy one". Poor service and still I say over priced average dresses. Even the poor girl Infront of us also struggled with the size 6 and was lead out to the pedestal with the shop assistant holding the back together in a ball gown style size 10 ( not fish tail) where was the advice for that poor girl. These are extremely impressionable young excited girls and faced with a rail of size 6 dresses is just disgusting.
