Extremely poor communication. This agent has listed a property on Zoopla but is not taking or returning phone calls about the property. Calls are being picked up by external call handlers who can't answer any questions. After calling several times, with no call backs, when I called again today, I was told to send an email. This is the first time I was told to email. This kind of poor communication from the outset does not bode well for a longterm business relationship. The agency should rename itself Robot.Property. Avoid, would be my advice.
