Having read previous reviews, I have to say the attitude of staff is appalling, disinterested and unhelpful. I ordered timber online as click and collect. On collection the following day, all timber had been left outside. The weather, true to forecast was heavy rain. Needless to say the timber was saturated. 2 days later it is still drying out. Good job I didnt need the timber for immediate use
