I moved in September only 3 months later in December they sent me a rent increase notice. Tried to put my rent up from £650 to £799. Bad company do not live here they will do you over. Don’t believe the lies. I am a long term tenant. The employee is increasing my rent She said i either pay the extra or have to move out. Disgusting rude company totally unfair. Social media is full of complaints. horrible rude staff feels like it should be illegal.
