Very welcoming ☺️ I had Holly who is currently learning at college. She was able to cut a one style, wet, blow dry for me then another colleague helped to put some layers in for me that I wanted. I have not been to this salon before and will be returning in the future. I was able to receive a loyalty card which will give me money off and a free hair conditioning treatment which will be useful in the future also. This salon also provides gents hair cuts also

Terrible customer service. Their booking page says nothing about needing a patch test, they then said they tried to call me numerous times however I received not a single missed call or voicemail. They didn't think to email! 4hrs before they cancel my appointment and charge me for it which is not allowed according to their own cancellation policy. They were so rude about it and even tried to lie their way out of it! Would never book with this salon again.

Haze have been fabulous to us over the years. The girls are great and very friendly. They gave always managed to fit us in when needed, and have been absolutely Covid safe throughout the last two years.
