Absolutely first class customer service received from Leesa and her team. Had an issue with an item of clothing that I ordered. Messaged the main page (it was after 5 on Friday so didn’t expect a response until Monday) but got a reply straight away. Leesa has gone above and beyond to rectify the problem. It’s those little personal touches that make all the difference. The clothes are absolutely stunning and if you follow their Facebook page you will get inspiring advice on what to wear and how to wear it with a real community feel. Real clothes for real women.
