Michela is the best who helps pick two beautiful lady's hats that suit me very well. All staff in the shop are very nice and welcoming. I have the hats shipped to Canada. The UK VAT will be deducted (about 17-18% in the shop. However, be aware of that you will have to pay the Canadian duty and tax that would come up with the same amount. One great benefits of buying in the shop is not only the service but also the hats will be carefully packed and delivered in the iconic hat box. According to the shop, if you order their hats online, the hat box won't be included. I will definitely visit the shop again when I am in London next time.
