Very disappointing service. I ordered a trophy to E engraved, two weeks to prior when needed and assured that it would be ready and they would phone when done. Day before, tried to ring 5 times, no answer & left a message asking them to return my call. Called in to collect on morning of day to be told, not done & wouldn’t be ready before 4pm. Needed to leave for awarding trophy at 2pm. I asked if they could do it straight away, whilst I waited. ‘Manager’ said no. I pointed out they and said they could do this within the time scale, but he said they had been busy. To cut a long story short, he was incredibly rude and walk off upstairs, leaving his poor assistant to talk to me. He said he would do his best and I thanked him and asked if he could get it done AS THEY SAID THEY WOULD and phone me. Before I got home, he rang to say his manager said they couldn’t do it and they wouldn’t do it i future. He said I was not a “People Pleaser”. I will never use them again And I would warn locals of the same. Manager clear has a problem!

Called them to ask if they stock a common communal key and chap I spoke to had never heard of a drop key (as used by emergency services to access flat entrance doors)and asked me to bring my broken one into the shop. Previous experience has been good but dropped the ball this time.
