I took my motorcycle jacket here to have the arms shortened. This was during the heatwave (August 2022) the lady who works here said pick it up Thursday night. However she meant to say Friday night. When I went along Thursday it wasn't ready. This lady worked until 23:15 to make sure I had my jacket available for my bike ride out the next day. She could have lied, she could have said it's not ready come back tomorrow but in 30+ degree heat she sat there with no air con and worked on my jacket well in tot he night. What an absolute angel. She did a great job and I am immensely greatful for her dedication. I would have absolutely no problem reccomending this business. Service: Alterations

I happened to pass by Loi’s tailoring shop and thought of trying some of our uniforms altered. so i tried some then followed by more uniforms , dress, trousers, jeans and my leather Jacket. i am always happy of the outcome every-time i leave the shop - a very satisfied customer. She is sweet and lovely first time i met her and since then, i had been going back every time i had some clothes that needs alteration. she executes well her work in a professional way. She and i became friends as if we know each other that long. Always happy , chatty and very accommodating. I have no hesitation in recommending her .
