After getting some online quotes, we went to the site last week and met two members of staff. They were both super friendly and very helpful. They showed us a couple of choices and then were very informative and helpful explaining the procedure and costs. I then had a couple of queries (one of which was actually due to the fact I couldn't 'math' correctly) and I got quick, clear and friendly email replies explaining things. We are looking forward to renting our unit and feel confident in the facility and also very happy with the approachability and knowledge of the staff.
