!!!!shocking after service and awful quality products !!!!! I am so disappointed with the after sales service I have received. They were very keen to take my money and tried to sell the most expensive of everything. They assured me that Beefeater BBQs are better than Weber but my Weber lasted 10 years and was in better shape than my Beefeater bbq after 1 year. The granite has cracked and I was told it was my fault when it clearly wasn’t. They are so slow to respond if they respond at all I have now waited a year and still haven’t got the extra stool I asked for. I wished I hadn’t ordered with them and that I had done more research.

Initial email was recieved and replied to immediately, it was actioned with 100% service, from checking parts in stock to organising engineer to promptly visit and fix problem. The engineers have always been superb at their job and know exactly what they are doing and leave you feeling confident that your expensive purchase has been looked after. This company supplied and installed my 6m swim spa, there were many hi-cups along the way, one good thing was how they managed to install through the rear access of the house, I was impressed with that. However after that as I said not very impressed with the dig and dimensions. But even after having spent all this money, they left without any proper salutations, it’s like the job didn’t happen, they vanished. I found it very strange that there was no customer services follow up, no calls to see how we are getting on, no thank you for buying from them, and to this day some 4 months after the install no customer relations whatsoever, I wonder who did who the favour??? So if you like follow ups and customer relations, and support, my experience is very negative!???
