London lock & glass will go the extra mile! After a lock/gear failure in my sunflex bifold patio doors I was in need of a fast turn around as the door could no longer be locked. Phil was first to respond and with a fair price compared to others I contacted, going the extra mile of fitting me in earlier than expected, they were quick and incredibly knowledgable on the Sunflex brand, leaving me with a better fitted door than I had even before. Great service from Philip at London Lock & Glass. We contacted Phil when we noticed the door hinge on our Origen bifolds had cracked and was causing us issues when trying to lock the door. He replaced the hinge and realigned the doors. He had the equipment and parts required and offered a fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. We had a broken lock on a Sunflex french door which - given the poor design of the mechanism- needed an expert to replace. Phil’s communication was excellent. On the day, he and his colleague did a great job and are clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Phil stuck to his estimate even though the repair was more involved and took longer than we both expected. Easily a 5 star service.

We got lucky and the guys were already local, doing another job nearby. They were round soon after to look at our bi-folds that refused to open, and set to work straightaway. The team clearly knows their stuff, as the doors were stripped down and refitted in no time. Would highly recommend, and we'll certainly be having London Lock & Glass back for other jobs should we need them.
