London vaccine clinic at Liverpool Street. Had a great experience with a very knowledgeable practitioner who gave me so much of her time and was very professional. There's a shortage of rabies jabs at time of writing in the UK and they had them in stock. Gave me extra advice on staying healthy when traveling too. I've travelled extensively and have received vaccines on several occasions. Often I feel rushed but in this instance I felt I had all the time in the world. I also had several pieces of paper with different vaccine courses from the past and the practitioner took the time to look through them with me to see what boosters I needed. I was very happy to pay the £20 consultation fee. Highly recommended. I'm afraid I forgot the practitioners name , but she was a female working on the Friday 15th Jan 2023. Thank you! Also the office building is very snazzy

What a scam! They charge for consultation which includes only informing you about side effects. Find a provider without “consultation” fee as this is a legal requirement which should be for free.

Drove 50 minutes to get to the new malden clinic. Was told it wasnt open. Showed the 6x email/text confirmations i had received, and the helpful reception staff called LVC but were asked to send me home. Followed by by email but havent had a response. Pretty dismal.

Made an appointment, showed up on time, told the building receptionist that we had an appointment, he called. No answer. Waited for 35 minutes and he called over and over but hey never answered. I called the main phone number and they said they would let them know we were in the lobby, but they never came. Don’t waste your time.

Booked at 12.15 for a 12.30 appointment, immediately made my way there arriving two minutes late. Receptionist asks me to sit down, forgets about me and only notifies them I was there at 12.40. They tell her to tell me they will not see me, nor will they come down and explain why. Call them twice, but as you get through to a call center and not the clinic. Told them I would wait outside for a call back in case they were able to fit me in, which never came. Don’t bother with them, there are other travel clinics around Liverpool St which will not let their customers down.

I can't fault Destination Health. Vaccinations aren't fun but they certainly made the experience more bearable. Their website is clear and informative, very easy to navigate. I was able to get a good idea of what vaccinations I needed for my upcoming trip and it was equally simple to book an appointment. I received an e-mail confirmation of my booking swiftly afterwards. When the day came, it was fairly easy to find the clinic. They are based in the lovely Soho Square and the directions supplied by the website were easy to follow. The building itself looks pretty indiscriminate, I wouldn't have guessed it was the clinic if I didn't have the door number. I rang the bell and was invited in by an extremely friendly receptionist. She greeted me kindly and made me feel very comfortable. The building is very grand and the whole operation felt very professional yet laid-back. The nurse I spoke to discussed my trip with me and talked me through all of the vaccinations I may be potentially interested in, listed what risks there are in the area I am visiting and gave her informed recommendations for what I needed. The vaccinations were expertly administered, quick and relatively painless. I was then given a vaccination booklet in which she wrote down exactly what medication I had received. It even details how long the vaccinations are valid for. This will be handy in the future. It cost me £75 for two injections, one of which was for three diseases. For the service I received, I am very happy.
