    I had a terrible experience during a consultation with Dr Kelly. He did not offer me any specialist advice and instead ignored my medical history, belittled my experience and gave advice which my GP has since said is incorrect. I was offered expensive generic options to try (that you can find on a Google) but told they were unlikely to help me. When I was not interested in investing £300+ in these I was told there is not much he can do and told to read a book on an unrelated condition instead. My GP has given me more specialist advice than Dr Kelly and I would strongly advise you not to waste your money. My appointment was also nearly an hour late which the receptionist said is a very common occurrence. I really regret booking with Dr Kelly. It has been a step backwards in trying to find a solution to my condition.

I can't be more happy that I spoke to Dr. Kelly (before this, I consulted with a different endocrinologist, and he couldn't tell me anything about my symptoms, but only gave me the anxiety) and highly recommend to see Dr. Kelly if you struggle with your Thyroid issue as well. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and also kind and patient. He listened to my concerns and examined by historical blood tests carefully. Not only he explained the reason of my symptoms clearly, but also he helped to ease my anxiety and reassured me which means a lot to me. I only spoke to him once so far, but I'm confident that I'm with the right doctor and I'll be able to take symptoms under control follow his advice.
