Ordering a taxi on the app is really simple. After booking, an email and text message confirmation is sent and you have the option to track your taxi. If booking on the phone, someone usually answers the call immediately. I have always found the drivers to be really friendly, kind and professional. On a couple of occasions I accidentally left personal belongings in the car, and the depot got in touch with the driver and the items were returned to me really promptly. Overall, I highly recommend Longley's.

Called for cab stated address call handler said 20mins, 20mins later call back and he tells me I didn't give an address so no cab was ordered. Guy sounded like he was still drunk from the night before disoriented.

Given that Canterbury and it's surroundings aren't serviced by any of the well known brands, I am a big advocate of Longley's App and being able to book what I need for Airport travel and nights out. I've yet to meet an unfriendly driver!

Over £25 to go 4.8 miles. Granted a bank holiday weekend, but 5pm on the Monday when every taxi driver in the town were chatting in the ranks due to the slow trade. It has often cost me ~£20 for the same journey on a normal day, for reference. My student days are gone but if you are a student, avoid these guys. They will abuse your bank account.

Clean, presentable, and on time. All drivers are checked and vetted and friendly. The app is a bonus too so you can track your vehicle when it is on its way to you. Would recommend for everyone but the app is especially useful for anxious or vulnerable users who would benefit from the reassurance of a reliable service.
