REFUND IS NEEDED !!!!!!! I made an order almost 4 months ago. The order still was not delivered, even though the promise was 7-10 working days. Please ARRANGE FULL REFUND for my order that I never received from you. they don't respond to emails at all anymore. I will NEVER order from them again, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. UPDATE it's not my fault that you wrote the wrong address, I never even received your products. please return my money urgently. I waited too long and was kind.

I ordered 16 bone china cups with Louis Potts & Company. They were packed beautifully; however, one was broken upon arrival. Two had been discontinued by the manufacturer by the time of the fulfillment of my order. The shop is in the UK and I live in the US. I was able to communicate with Ella in the shop and she addressed my problems and concerns quickly and without question. I was sent replacements for those cups. It is not that we encounter problems that is an issue, it is how one handles the problems that makes all the difference. I am a happy customer. This shop is run with integrity and I would highly recommend!!
