AVOID Property was nice but wouldn't stay again. Upon arrival, I was asked to leave outdoor shoes in the porch area as no outdoor shoes were allowed inside, which is fair enough. However, when i went to check out and collect my trainers from said porch area, it appeared that my trainers had gone walk about I then asked if the host had moved them and got told no. After a bit of back and forth with the host, i then found out that both porch and front doors where not locked overnight, and the security cameras that are supposedly installed where turned off. Was then told that its impossible for somebody to walk down a driveway, look through a window or try a door to see if its open. Sure they are called opportunists thieves but no, again i was told that it is Impossible. So currently sat out sports direct, with just socks and slippers, waiting for them to open, when i should be watchin touring cars at Brands Hatch. Happy sunday to me 👍 DO NOT STAY UPDATE. I have read the response to my review and I am concerned about some of the content :- 1 – the slippers I was seen to be wearing were indeed complimentary, however, they were from a hotel in Egypt. 2 – with regard my appearance given I had been in my clothes all day anyone would possibly look ruffled. 3 – with regard to CCTV footage being available to “anyone” this causes me grave concern as it is my honest belief that CCTV footage of me whilst in / within the premises boundary is covered by Data Protection and / or GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and should not be disseminated to the general public without my permission.

Pat Is the most loveliest kind host, always willing to help with anything you need. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Orpington area. Thank you Pat for looking after Joshua:) Rooms: Clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Nearby activities: Town , plenty of shops , restaurants, takeaways, cinema, all near by.

Having stayed here many times and had use of the different rooms, it's fair to say that the balance between price, comfort and location is spot on. That said, this can be said for many places - it's the owner that really makes it. Pat cannot do enough for you and it's because of this as to why you become a returning customer. You are treated like family and in a world where division is rife, it's a nice to be treated like a human and not just a paying customer.
