Terrible. We booked an inflatable for our wedding for the kids to enjoy. To our disappointment we had to change venues so we could no longer have the inflatable as the area was too small. I let love my event know straight away giving them 3 months notice and asked for my deposit back. Again to my disappointment they said no as it’s there terms and conditions which I understand but I gave them 3 months notice not 3 weeks. So for this I won’t use the company again as they have taken money for what? I’m just glad we decided to lay deposits down on everything and not the call amount. If you are stupid enough to use this company make sure you give them 12 months notice if cancelling

I can highly recommend these guys Called them after 5pm on a saturday night to c if the was available the next day . I got a speedy reply and to my amazement the fitted us in for Bluey to come to my granddaughters 1st birthday party .they arrived well on time and all the kids lived bluey and the joy on my granddaughter face was priceless. With singing dancing and gift for the birthday girl well worth the fee Thank you very very much

I can’t recommend these enough! I had the ballon wall and the number 30 for my party! The ballon wall was amazing and they put so much effort into making sure it was perfect, everyone commented on how beautiful it was! It’s different and unique! The girls was lovely too! Thankyou again! X
