We contacted Richard after being let down by another company 3 weeks before our hire. Richard was very responsive with great communication even over the Jubilee weekend, and did everything he could to help us. Although the logistics didn't work in the end so we couldn't hire one of their campers, I would thoroughly recommend Lovely Campervans and they will definitely be our first call next time we need a camper.

We hired the van for 3 nights for a birthday trip in April and the whole experience was wonderful. Booking and communication with the owners was great - we were given lots of advice as we were campervan virgins and this made the whole experience stress-free. The van was well equipped, clean and tidy and a fantastic temporary home for us and our dog. With just over 10,000 miles on the clock the van was easy to drive, and even emptying the loo wasn't too bad! We'll definitely be back some time soon.

We have just spent the last 2 weeks, travelling through England & Scotland in a 'Lovely Campervan', and it does it's name justice. We have had the most amazing trip and experience. The van is brand new and drives so well. We have hired many campervans in different countries and this is by far the smartest designed van, and best company we have ever hired from. The whole experience with David & Richard has been so personal, they are friendly & make the process so easy. We couldn't recommend 'Lovely Campervans' highly enough, and wish David & Richard all the very best. We will be back next year.

For free camping in the wilds of the Scottish Islands and Highlands this van was great. Easy to book and pick up. Great van - only 2500miles on the clock. Loads of space. Good quality finish. Well stocked. Easy to drive. Fridge, oven/hob, shower and toilet all easy to use. Would book again.
