It might have been 2016 when I visited but seeing wedding shows on tv just reminds me how truly awful my experience was I feel the need to write this. 2 stars is such a shame as the venue, dresses and location was stunning. It was just the lady that helped me. I felt awful being there in her rude presence and we felt thoroughly in her way. I tried on 2 dresses. Bought neither eventhough they were lovely on and I came ready to buy, it just wasn't pleasant there. There off my chest.

Luella was the first (and only) bridal boutique I visited when looking for a wedding dress. I loved so many dresses there, which were all so beautiful, unique and slightly different to the typical, brining style one finds in other bridal shops. I didn't want to be just an average bride, so this was the perfect place. The help and service was excellent and I felt very comfortable, and valued the experts opinions greatly. The accessorie and shoe collection were pretty too! Thanks so much for the memorable experience. Can't wait for my wedding day now! :) Ps. To the bride who says you need to be tall and skinny, I'm only 5ft 2 and not minute either.

My bridesmaid and I had such a lovely experience at Luella's! Lauren made me feel relaxed and at ease straight away. She was so good at assessing my style and taste and helped me to pick out the best dresses for my body shape. She took great care in pinning them to me so that by the time I looked in the mirror, it was as though the dresses were made for me.
