Gary has been fantastic to work with. He is very responsive and I appreciate the flexibility he offered me in terms of the duration of the lease, move-in date, etc. The apartment itself is in a very central location and well-maintained. I only moved out because I wanted to live in a more residential location, but there was nothing wrong the flat itself. I have no hesitations with recommending Luke House to potential tenants.

The location of the apartment is perfectly convenient. It is only several minutes walk from China town and the Oxford street. The room is small but comfortable. It is always quiet all the time. Plus, the apartment manager is helpful and always respond to messages immediately. It is a really nice place to live.

I was a tenant at Luke House for 3 years. The flats are nicely furnished, with quiet neighbors. The location is superb — well-connected to all main tube and train lines, as well as key tourist spots. The property manager is great and helpful. I would recommend Luke House for students and/or young professionals!

Awful experience. 6 month contract during pandemic in 2020 due to work commitments in the area. Neighbours that have lived in the building for many years are horrible. One of them walks the corridors of all floors at night banging the many fire doors because he can't sleep. This happens almost daily between 1am and 3am if not later. Or should I say "earlier"?! He also drags his chairs at all hours of the day. Then he knocks on people's doors morning and evenings telling them to be quite when no one is making any noise at all. Also total disregard for social distancing. Another neighbour decided to empty our drier twice and we weren't even late to pick it up from the laundry, we just hadn't notice the timer on the drier was off by approximately 10 minutes. We had to wash everything again. Also the relationship between those neighbours is so bad we understand police were called at some point, not sure about what happened there. And there are some really significant building works taking place both at Luke House and in the immediate area. Air quality is really poor, prepare to dust everyday and if you are an allergy sufferer it will be hell. The building is not prepared for that, the ventilation system in the flats is very poor. And the laundry room has no ventilation at all and can be difficult to use. You can definitely not wait there for your laundry, not even 5 minutes. The building manager is nice and does what he can, but the neighbours situation is beyond his control. My advice is stay away.
