I very very rarely leave any reviews. Today we received from Lunar Ice amazing service that I think has saved my 87yr old mother's life. They overcame all delivery and payment issues with a delightful can do attitude. For the last two days of this extreme heat, my mum has been struggling to breathe. Within two hours she is now able to talk normally and breathe more easily. The Lunar Ice team could've delivered and gone. Instead they negotiated entrance without help, delivered to a new location, also without help, but then went the extra mile, found a receptical and placed it full of ice beneath my Mum's electric fan. She sounds, barely 2 hours later, the best she has all week. At last breathing easily. Thank you Lunar Ice, there are not enough stars in the galaxy for me to award you the rating you deserve. Thank you. Lunar, the moon reflecting the light of all the stars.
