This Chanel bag requires more than 30 days to be repaired at a Chanel shop. In recent years the quality of these bags has been really poor, I have had Gucci shoes, this bag, and a Balenciaga torte repaired here and the results have been far beyond what Fatemi promised. He is a calm, modest and very professional person and I can say that I will be bringing most of my bags here for repair in the future and give the shop a 100% recommendation. Only one thing— book an appointment before dropping off or collection.
