I’m not even a Google review Person but for this I have to. Made an appointment for a Hollywood + underarm package, with that said I have never in my life gotten a wax before so this would be my first time. I was clearly nervous, my wax therapist even had to put the air con in because i was sweating. I was that anxious. But I have to say this was the worst first experience I could have had, my wax therapist had no compassion or consideration for the fact that I was nervous - even had tears in my eyes and she told me to ‘man up’. After ripping the wax off she wouldn’t even press down the area to relieve it, just slap more hot wax on top and repeat. Didn’t stretch the skin out either. As a first time client I did not feel comfortable nor accommodated. I understand that for you this was routine, but you didn’t have to be so senseless and mean. It’s a sensitive intimate area so you should appreciate people would want to be handled with more care. From reading the other bad reviews it seems to be the same situation with the same woman - Adriana I believe her name is. Horrible experience, she needs to be re - trained on customer service and how to properly wax ! Left feeling violated and vulnerable. I was excited to become a returning customer but now I will never be returning. The one star is for a kind receptionist.

I have been going here for years. I love the salon. The appointments are smoothly run, the staff are super friendly and professional, and the prices are great. They offer loyalty programs too! Waxing is essentially painless and the room is very comfortable; you watch Netflix while the girls do their thing. I’ve had my waxing done by lots of different staff members, and every one of them knows what she is doing. I had an appointment with Sel today, and she was marvellous! Best waxing salon I’ve ever encountered.
