I had the most amazing experience with Dr luxmi Velauthar she was there for me every step of the way from my first pregnancy scan up until delivery she is extremely compassionate and informative. There were times I became emotional as my pregnancy became high risk yet she continued to show support and made me feel at ease. I honestly do not think I could have got through my pregnancy so well without her she thoroughly was constantly checking and booking tests for me where needed. Just as her compassion and thoughtfulness in her job was there so was her extensive knowledge answering any questions I had thoroughly and her attention to detail was beyond what’s expected. She always made me feel at ease throughout all appointments and she truly cares for and goes above and beyond for her patients. I feel I was truly blessed under dr luxmi’s care and I could not recommend her enough.

Avoid Lyca health CW if possible. I received a call while I was already heading to my appointment that Dr. Luxmi would be 30min late due to traffic. So I arrived slightly earlier in case. When I arrived, there were other patients waiting to see her as well and I waited another 50min without any apology or communication. I didn’t see the Dr. until an hour and a half after my initial appointment was scheduled only after I flagged her down. I’d been waiting for an hour and she nearly called in yet another patient before me. She wasn’t aware and I was the first patient she was meant to see! What a major f up. I’m not happy with this. Patients are fined if they are late! This is extremely unprofessional for a private practice and will be looking for a Gynaecologist elsewhere.
