My Bentley GTC went in for body repair after an unfortunate incident with a stag (4 legged variant) They had the car 4 months and returned it with poor paint match, defective parts and damaged wiring that lead to Engine Warning light being illuminated and blowing fuses. Notwithstanding the fact I had to locate parts to complete the job iIt was also returned with flat batteries and poorly valeted. It was returned to rectify and came back exactly the same. My insurance company instructed an independent assessor who stated it looked like it had been painted and put together by Stevie Wonder. As a result it has cost £16,000 to put the car right. Flipped from 1 star to 4. Initially reached out to the contact given for PDR from Porsche Centre Hatfield, no initial response...so I thought, 'typical'. But it transpires, the contact given to me was on holiday! Now he's back, all arranged in a very polite, courteous, timely and professional manner. Very refreshing to be pleasantly surprised.
