I’ve given up using this yard as they just take so long to get orders out (6 weeks + every time) with no proper quote, no timescale of delivery and even when they do promise to have orders ready by a certain date the date passes without so much as a warning, new timescale or an apology. Even when I said I can’t wait any longer for my order (after 7 weeks of waiting) I didn’t get a response or so much as an apology, clearly they don’t care about customer service or losing business.
