They fitted our French doors (4 doors) and built a plaster wall for £1600 and left a mess, currently not responding. They tried to rush the job to complete in 1 day. 1. They broke the heads of the screws that are supposed to hold hinges. 3/6 hinges only have 1 screw holding them. And of course we cannot remove the screws. 2. They left a 5cm gap on each side of the bottom frames making it impossible to put carpet/flooring. We had to fix it ourselves 3. The cuts on the doors were so bad I had to sand and fill after they left 4. They left the cuts on the doors unfinished, like you can see the uneven cut marks. Orders services, uses the services then attempts to claim money back via the bank - when the bank ruled in our favor due to the evidence provided he started slandering us with false reviews online. Not trustworthy in our dealings. Dear Mr Kanbas, You contacted us to sign up for our services, we then provided the service by setting your advert live and sending you over 60 job leads via our app, of which, you accepted 9 of them to quote. You called our customer service department after accepting the leads and using the service for a couple of months asking for a full refund because you had no money and needed to send money home to your family in Syria. We advised you this was not a valid reason to request a refund and breach a contract (that you signed). After screaming abuse at the young lady on this call (which was recorded) you decided to raise a dispute with your bank claiming that this was a fraudulently payment, naturally, the bank wrote to us asking us for our version of events. We supplied them with copies of the recorded calls, signed agreements and proof that you ordered and was using our service - obviously, the banks dispute was swiftly dropped. In relation to your comments about your website, you agreed a separate order for £600 for us to build your business a website (Several weeks after using the service), if the first service you had paid us for wasn't working then why would you order another product from us? The agreement was that you would pay half upfront and the balance on completion of the website, We took the half upfront and built the website - by the time the website was complete, you had raised disputes with the bank and attempted to claim the money back for the half that you had paid. Clearly we are not going to give you a website that firstly, you haven't fully paid for and secondly, tried to claim back the deposit you did pay. Only once you had exhausted all avenues of attempting to get a refund have you now decided to leave FALSE negative reviews. We have done nothing wrong throughout our dealings, it is a shame that Trustpilot does not allow us to upload screenshots in reply to your review, as this would show the readers that you review is a lie.
