Jake, along with Kevin, our Celebrant, helped us to arrange a very special funeral for our father, and I would like to note that they went the extra mile several times during the process. Jake was always on hand, and his regular check-in calls were comforting and reassuring. On the day, Jake conducted the funeral with admirable attention to detail; he looked after us all with empathy, and his team showed great dignity and respect throughout. Dear Lorriane, Where do I start, after the shock and trying to comprehend with the sudden passing of my father. You were there. A friendly voice at the end of the phone, who knew exactly what to say, and how to help. We had a lot of toing and froing, between the coroners and Barnet council and you were there again to help at the end of the phone, to answer my silly questions and put me at ease. You came to the house to arrange the funeral. You helped take our minds off and the stress out of our lives during this difficult time. You went through the necessary paperwork, with my mother, pausing and talking about something completely different, after every question, making it so easy for her not to be overwhelmed by it all. You were professional, compassionate, caring and dignified, we felt like you were extended family. Everything you did, was done to the highest standard. There is nothing we could fault. Right up to the day of the funeral and the phone call after the funeral, it showed you cared. We cannot recommend you highly enough.
