NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! These guys are the worst. Won’t respond to you. Order 7 radiators. 2 of them were faulty. The second radiator took 6 weeks to be returned and replaced. I’m convinced these guys are crooks. They won’t pick up your calls. They won’t respond to emails. I should have too the other reviews more seriously. Avoid these guys are all cost!!! Bought 2 radiators from this company in Dec 2020 but one arrived with a dent in the front and was not working once plugged in. Initially James showed concern and asked me to email some photos. I contacted him again a few days later, as I had not heard back and he agreed to replace it and said that colleague Sophie was writing an email to me to arrange a collection/delivery as we spoke. A week later I still have not heard anything from them despite several emails and numerous phone calls. They never reply or pick up the phone. Happy to take your money but unacceptable customer service.

Very Good, saved £100s using these guys, received my order the following morning at 9am (their delivery is guaranteed before 12pm) unpacked them and fitted 5 SlimPro radiators in an hour and a half. Just finished setting up the weekly timer which is great as I can edit the temperature for the hours I'm not at home. I rang the support phone number as I wanted to query the program settings they made it really easy to understand and fortunately their phone lines are open till 10pm. Really chuffed with my radiators
