Avoid this place! I gave my MacBook Pro 15" to fix. He tried to over charge me (official apple offered a better price) He was not very responsive and the store was closed at 11am when it's said it should be open from 10am. bad experience. will never go back or recommend.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I wanted to replace a broken screen, so brought it into this shop. The owner moved my system over onto another computer without asking me (he was trying to sell me the other computer!), I'm now dealing with problems weeks later because all my software is asking for codes and insertion of installer CDs etc (after he replaced my system onto my original computer). All this when I have a very heavy workload. What's more, it's always impossible to get him on the phone and when I arranged to meet him (by posting a note through his door), he didn't show up at the arranged time, costing me money in lost work!!!

We went to fix a MacBook pro- broken screen. The owner offered to give us a newer second hand laptop for a little more than we would pay to fix the screen and offered to transfer the hard drive for us. He charged us 495 pounds for a second hand 2015 MacBook pro. When we took it home we found a *broken pixel (screen was damaged) and the speaker was horrendous!* We couldn't watch a simple YouTube video without cringing. I'm giving him a 3 star and not a 1 star because thankfully he gave us a full refund. Unfortunately he never told us the computer was damaged and he completely wasted our time and seemingly tried to get away with giving us a broken laptop. In his defense he said he had no idea... I don't know, I got a bad feeling and I'm frustrated with the time that was spent dealing with it.
