Two out of three roller blinds weren’t straight and one didn’t roll up far enough to allow the opening of the kitchen window. The chain isn’t long enough either. They weren’t new blinds, I had them recovered but it’s hard to imagine why they aren’t hanging straight. Disappointing experience with Barton Blinds as in the past they’ve been very good. They are returning to put things right.

Aftersales service not great, roman blind needed a repair, told £25 call out charge to look at it. As suggested brought the blind into the shop to then be told they do not repair, only option to order a new blind or repair ourselves. So glad we did not call them out at cost of £25.

We wanted to have fitted some perfect click fit blinds for Bi-fold door but was told we wouldn't be able to when you came out to measure even though another company can supply what we want. Asked for a quote for Venetian blinds but nobody has been back in touch. No very good after sales.
