Absolutely brilliant. My iMac was running very slowly and also wanted it cleaned of robot apps and malware. Took it in on a Friday and got call to collect on Tuesday. They replaced SSD and it now works perfectly. Cannot recommend them highly enough very friendly and helpful. Reasonable price too, in line with estimate.

After a conversation on the phone in which I admitted I had no computer knowledge, I was told that I could bring my Macbook Pro in for data recovery. On arrival, into the bizarre covid-proof entrance, complete with disembodied voice, camera surveillance and complete lack of customer courtesy, I produced my laptop only to be told that there was actually no means of recovery whatsoever: a complete waste of my time travelling there. Sadly, I think firms like this will not last much longer in the face of bigger companies and franchises with tech support who are not afraid to actually indulge in a little long-forgotten customer service. It may cost more but then you get to deal with professionals.
