SCAMERS!! DO NOT ORDER! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DELIVER. After 7 days delay, we ask for tracking and they updated us with some delay problems. After 15 days delay they informed us they will not deliver or return our money. Of course this SCAMERS have the ordering system active to keep stealing from people. Disgusting...

Their estimated delivery date for furniture are very bad. I ordered in June and waited for several weeks for the delivery date of a bed and 2 armchairs and they never arrived. I contacted them to find out that the new delivery date for the bed was 29/12/22!!!! The armchairs they had rescheduled to October and once more I haven't received the products. I contacted them again and they can't even give me a new estimated date. Terrible service and terrible customer service. They don't even tell you the products are late so you only find out when it doesn't come on the estimated date. I cancelled my orders after months waiting and I bought from other companies that actually deliver what they sell.

Ordered 8 dining chairs, 2 broke within a few weeks and were replaced with little trouble, now some 4 months from delivery 4 more have broken. Made have been nothing but unhelpful with the replacement of the further 4 broken chairs (yes, that is 6 out of 8 that have broken!). Staff have lied, claiming not to have a complaints procedure and claiming to have no escalation process for complaints. I have now been forced to go to the furniture Ombudsman and seek a refund from my credit card company. Avoid!

I ordered a shoe cabinet in April 22, its now mid October 22 and the status still says its at build stage. Customer service can't seem to give any reason the the massive delay. I would like to know if the product I ordered is ever going to be delivered or are your just holding onto my money for as long as you possibly can. Please provide clarity.

This company is a really scam. I can't understand how they can still be operating given that they steal customer's money, don't supply the items ordered and they have a bunch of rude and vulgar animals working under the label of "customer service". I ordered a bed 3 months ago which was supposed to be delivered within 4 weeks. Still waiting and the animals (ie, agents) are to lazy, incompetent, rude and stupid to provide any info or support. Stay away from these scammerers. Hopefully they'll go bankrupt soon.
