Extremely rude staff. I went there in person and they didn’t even let me in. You need to keep chasing them for information as they deliberately ignore you. The lady that replies emails is unbelievably rude and she does not even sign her name on the emails. To work with children, you should be very kind, patient and caring. I would never leave my child in there. Their service just reflect their values. Stay away from here.

Maggie and Rose is overall a nice place , just the poor management and rules is that makes it not so cool - especially the shoes rules and the bins that are always full , the bin lids have been broken from a long time ! I keep seeing adults walking with the shoes on inside - there is no shoes free area for babies . This is essential for small children especially non walkers ! Opposite the slide there is a sofa all the time adults are sitting there with the shoes on and the shoes are not particularly clean ! I decided to write this review after my child today was playing with the blocks and a lady with filthy shoes stepped next to him ! I was petrified with how dirty her soles were and why was she allowed to wear them in .
