I had complete different experience and it seem it was not good. I would not recommend this nursery to anyone. They don't even have enough number of staff members. Most of them are temp staff and are not even trained. I guess its the new manager who runs things differently.

Looking after a big room full of babies at various stages of development is an incredibly tough business, yet the wonderful staff at Magic Roundabout Nursery Baby Room are doing such a consistently brilliant job. My little son has been attending since he was 6 months old, and how he will soon 'graduate' to the next stage - pre toddler room, and we have been with Magic Roundabout for over a year. Words cannot describe how grateful I am, and how lucky I feel to have found such a perfect nursery for my little boy, he is well looked after, and so well entertained every day. The lovely Baby Room ladies come up with the most creative ideas to stimulate the kids learning and development, there is a different set up every day! Maybe it's a movie day out, or a dessert animal search, water flower play, a romantic dinner play... they also do lots and lots of creative work with the babies, we get a little painting or card made (partially) by our son every so often and we are keeping them all. With so many activities each day, yet the rooms are still kept so clean and tidy at all times. We get very comprehensive and regular feedback from the staff, and a very detailed written report on our child's development every few months. The nursery also throw lovely family parties from time to time, we have very found memories of the Christmas party and the Queens' Jubilee Garden Party. The girls who run the Baby Room are really angels, they are patient, kind, knowledgable, loving and so full of energy. I don't know how they do such a fabulous job day after day, I don't think I would survive the job even for a few hours! And finally, big Kudos to the Magic Roundabout management, for supporting your staff and retaining and promoting good people, it's all that matters! We look forward to more years at your nursery.
