MakeUrMove is an absolutely brilliant online agency. I have used it in the past for several property lettings. It is very well organised, from the advertising and viewings system, offers, credit checks, tenancy agreements and deposit. The additional services such as Certificates, Inventory, Check ins and Check outs are carried out by very professional people. It is all very smooth and in my experience I have always found tenants and completed tenancy agreements in the matter of 4 days. The customer service is kind and very efficient.

I found a property advert on RightMove and used the contact form to request a viewing. I was then sent to an ‘Online Portal’ to book which I did. (All of this was done within minutes of the property going online). The day of the viewing, I received a notification that the landlord needs to rearrange for another week. Okay I guess, but then the next day I received a notification that the landlord had ‘let the property’. Many reviews seem to indicate that this is a problem for a lot of people, and based on my experience I haven’t seen a single thing to suggest this website is even the real deal. Will be avoiding any listings from MakeUrMove in the future.

Very poor customer service. Was given incorrect advice leading me to miss out on a property. The staff member I spoke to on the phone also sounded like she couldn't care less and was very unhelpful. Never received a response to my email to management either.

This company has come up trumps. My new tenants accidently paid the rent and deposit to them instead of me. Not only did they respond quickly when alerted to the problem but refunded the money so quickly it was hardly missed! Thank you to an honest and professional company. Beth you were excellent. I had good feeling about them but at the end - another unprofessional agency. I've arranged viewing for saturday which was confirmed. First of all did not get a proper address which Ive ignored becouse they provide post code. When I got to the place it wasnt clear which property it is. After calling dozens times to the agent and agency i had to give up as I wasted time waiting for him. In conslusion, didnt get a proper service wasted my time and noone even tried to contact me in order to resolve it

I booked a viewing with them and 15 minutes before the viewing they cancelled for an hour later. My husband was already half way there and returned back. Then they cancelled again and rescheduled. And guess what? They rescheduled another two times and also cancelled another two times to eventually say the property had been given... Awful...
