Simon helped us on the journey of selling, exchanging and completing on my father's property in 2019, following an unsuccessful sale with another estate agent. His dedication, commitment, and attention to detail was fantastic throughout the whole process. It was a difficult sale being our parents family home, and Simon walked us through every step of the way. Working full time, it was difficult to be around the house when we needed to remedy certain aspects of the property in the process E.g. heating service, boiler service, etc. and this is where Simon was so helpful. He was able to be in the house to support the remedial works, and sometimes would spend the whole day there to help us out. I do not think this level of service would come from a standard estate agent. He was there to take and discuss questions, problems and queries multiple times a day, and he really did take a lot of the stress out of the sale. I think if it wasn't for Simon, the house would still be on the market today. We cannot thank him enough, and hope that he continues to support families in situations like ourselves as he was great. Would recommend his level of service any day! Thank you so much Simon!

However, he was very fair in the way he focused on the sale itself, rather than being wholly focused on his buyer client interests.
