Visited here yesterday as my Dr requested i have a 24hr ❤ monitor fitted it was not fitted and was told after being put on ECG machine for 5 mins just like A&E did a few weeks ago I don't need it by a very rude uncaring inconsiderate Dr even my Dr said that's not long enough that's why she requested a 24 hr machine this Dr made me feel very unwelcome he also pushed very hard into my chest twice knowing I have Chronic pain caused by FM which resulted in a very sore and bruised chest today not happy. 😡

I contacted MIHP to book my son in for a Biomechanical assessment and although I received an email response to acknowledge my enquiry, I was promised a call back from the physio who does the assessments, to discuss and arrange. 2 weeks later, I have still not had any contact. Very disappointing and poor considering we are a private paying client. We are looking elsewhere for the assessment.
