Our experience with Zoe and the team was fantastic. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Initially we did go to Carpetright etc to get some quotes, but we prefer to shop local and look after the small local independent businesses. Prices were very good indeed. Fitting was excellent too. Bent over backwards to help us. A truly first class service from start to finish. Well done Zoe and the team. Shop local - If you don't, they cannot survive against the big players out there. Give these guys a try.

From start to finish 100% perfect service. I submitted order at worst possible time ( post covid / pre Christmas) and was informed there was a delay due to manufacturing ( outside of their control). I can't believe half a star isn't an option and even that would be generous for this company. We had them do laminate flooring and trimmings on the side on our hallway. They didn't leave a gap to the doors for the bathroom/bedrooms and as a result in the heat of the summer it expanded and lifted up. This caused a bubble underneath lifting other laminate sheets down the hallway. I appreciate mistakes or oversights happen but then you try to get them back and that's another thing. We called multiple times and they didn't want to know. Or they said they would come end of November and obviously they didn't come. I got other people to fix their mistakes at a cost. And they were shocked at the standard of work and guessed they must have sent an apprentice on their first day. Anyway stay well away if you don't want to pay twice for a job
