Alison was my lifeline, nothing was too much trouble, answers were found as soon as humanly possible, great emotional support and I just know I would have had a good few meltdowns if it wasn’t for this Wonder Woman as I now call her!! Alison can I head hunt you to be my personal assistant instead? I would give 6 stars out of 5 if this was possible. I have just moved into a new flat thanks to how professionally Manns and Manns operate. They've been extremely helpful, friendly and competent -- particularly since I was moving from abroad, which led to additional hurdles in the process of credit checks, address checks, right to rent checks and so on. Sandy, in particular, went above and beyond and was like a guardian angel throughout what is normally a stressful process. She even called the Home Office and chased the Lettings Hub on my behalf. I rented flats two times in the past, with different agencies, and I also tried to find my flat this time through at least six different agencies, so I feel like I have a good overview of how they operate. None of these even get close to what Manns and Manns offer. This is like being promoted to flying first class at no extra cost.
