Ryan and his team completed for us a single storey kitchen extension, Sep-Dec 2022 and laid a new path and patio Feb-23. We are extremely pleased with what they delivered and would certainly recommend Manor Developments. The standard of workmanship is excellent, both from Ryan’s team and the plasterers, plumber, electrician, kitchen fitter, painter he recommended. All of the team respect the fact that they are working in your home, they delivered to timeline commitments and even after having a period of bad weather got us to having a complete functioning kitchen for Xmas. So, thank you to Manor Development for delivering us our new extended kitchen and as said I would certainly recommend you add them to your list of companies to consider for your home improvement project. I can not praise the quality of work from Ryan and his team highly enough. Ryan converted our garage into two separate rooms, created an open plan living area (removing 2 internal walls), and added a single storey rear extension to our property. The logistics of getting equipment, skips, cranes, deliveries, and manpower on site was entirely co-ordinated by Ryan, and without fault! The communication from Ryan was excellent throughout. We were living on site during the build, and he kept us informed when he needed us to vacate certain areas, when they were knocking through, and also was flexible when we needed access to certain parts of the home. We are over the moon with the finished build. The quality of the workmanship, and attention to detail is excellent. We expected to have a ‘snagging’ list to cover off, but absolutely every item was addressed before Ryan and his team finished on the last day. We entrusted Ryan with keys to the house so he could come and go when we were at work. Ryan is fully trustworthy, and we have already booked in some future work with him externally. Ryan and has team work to an extremely high standard of quality and professionalism and we were delighted with the finish. Ryan talked us through every step of the process and was extremely patient as we made changes to our plans during the build.
