Had many caravan holidays here, absolutely fantastic site, with stunning views to the sea and plenty of room on pitches. A nice 15 minute walk into town. Will be continuing our holidays here.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago, we really enjoyed our stay, beautiful location, within walking distance of Cromer and East Runton, very clean toilets and showers it is a bit tricky to access but the site does give arrival information and we had no problem in our motorhome

Whether camping on the wonderful fields overlooking the North Sea and a short walk from Cromer and the beach, or staying in the very well equipped holiday cottages on the farm a short walk from East Runton village and beach. Manor farm is a fabulous place for a relaxing holiday close to the Norfolk Broads. Just beautiful.

We arrived late and were given pitch 42 in Marl pit field. Unfortunately it was very muddy/loose dirt, which meant getting the dirt in the van. Plenty of other pitches right by us that were not muddy. Byworth Meadow has views of the sea, nice shower facilities, not too far for shops and things. Ice cream van came to site in the evening. Roads are quite tight in getting to site, probably better for a more experienced driver.
