    Just about made it before they closed. Just like I remember from when I was a kid 60 years ago. Had a chat with the owner a descendant from the original family. He talked about retiring in 18 months to Norfolk which is where I now live.

    Must had gone on a bad day. The meat was under cooked no gravey inside, the pastry was chewie and parts was doughy. The liquor was tasteless the mash tasted like it was mixed with smash. I'm a tower bridge man or goodards at Greenwich. Such a shame heard it was good and reading the other reviews I can only assume it was a bad day.

    First time ordering from this establishment & wasn't disappointed. The 'Pie, Mash & Liquor' was delicious 😋 Love the interior of the shop, it takes me back when I was a child & going with my parents for our Saturday treat. Definitely worth a visit.
